Marc has a 15-year track record of investing in and advising growth technology companies.
Marc was previously CEO of MXC Capital plc leading its flotation, raising £25 million and growing it’s NAV to £70 million while overseeing the successful flotations of its investee companies Castleton Technology plc and Tax Systems plc.
Prior to MXC Capital he was Head of Technology at finnCap, building the No.1 Hemscott rated team. In his career as an adviser Marc was responsible for advising on more than 50 IPOs and numerous capital raising and M&A mandates.
Alastair formed Six Degrees Group, a converged technology infrastructure provider, in 2011 and served as CEO and subsequently Chairman until 2017. The company grew both organically and through acquisition to £100m revenue and over 500 staff, delivering cloud, collocation, data and unified communication solutions to the UK mid-market. In June 2015 Six Degrees Group entered a new phase of growth when it was acquired by Charlesbank Capital in a transaction valued at over £200m.
Alastair is also a non-executive Chairman of GoodTill and CirrusHQ and serves as a Trustee at WeSeeHope, a charity that supports young people in Southern and Eastern Africa. Prior to Six Degrees, Alastair was CEO at AIM-listed SpiriTel Plc, and before that he worked at Telewest and KPMG. In his spare time, Alastair enjoys sailing and skiing with his family.
Emma is a Partner at Prefcap, her focus is on raising capital and managing investor relations, she has nearly two decades of experience in raising capital for funds and companies.
Emma was a founding team member at Latitude Investment Management, having previously worked at Oppenheimer in fund distribution and Equity Capital Markets. Emma has direct technology sector experience from her time working in equity sales at both Oppenheimer and CIBC WM.
